After 3 full days of lunch lady land, I've decided that lunch ladies are incredible. They can carry anything, lift anything, tolerate extreme temperatures, and provide an amazing meal for hundreds. The days of mystery meat are over, the food is fantastic and fresh. The idea that school lunch is gross is all talk. Kids these days (I can't believe I just said that) eat so much better than any body I know. So, parents - thank your lunch lady cause they rock my socks!
